Part 16 - Are you already fit for the pit?

It's funny how similar the words "coach" and "couch" are, isn't it? Whenever I see the Freeletics coach giving me a tough workout, it's hard not to just give up and go back to the couch.

Today I had to do some 400m sprints, and I found the perfect route for it. In the middle of the city, there's a pond with a walking path around it. Ideally, one lap is exactly 400m long. So it was time to check the Fit For The Pit playlist again:
It started right away and the songs continued to drive me on. I managed to finish each lap in no more than 2 minutes throughout the entire workout. There were a total of 10 laps.

I usually notice around the 6th round that, despite the good music, it's getting tough on my heart. The sun makes a big difference too, as the weather was really nice.

But as I said earlier, every lap under two minutes is an improvement. I've been running since January and I can feel that it's getting easier and easier. My motivation is also increasing. How about you?
