It was just so loud today. Do you know those days when you come home and just enjoy the silence? Today was a long day. I had planned to go for a run, but then I decided against it. Instead, I came home and went for a short walk to reach my 10,000 steps.
I sat down on a bench and enjoyed the sunshine. Peace, fresh air, and simply watching the water. No music today, just silence. That’s also part of fitness. I chose to focus on recovery, even though I thought about it for a long time.
