I have a gym at work with a few pieces of equipment. So far, I've just been working out there occasionally. But I've noticed that strength training with equipment complements my running well.
That's why there will now be training there early on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and of course with music. Who would I be if I didn't have a MUST LISTEN for you:
I got to know SEPARATØR through the wonderful Threads Bubble. Flo, the band's guitarist, and I have been in touch in the meantime, and when this song came out, I was really excited.
The song kicks off with a powerful force and the production is top-notch. The sound is exactly my taste. The riffing throughout the song is so much fun! The aggressive vocals are a great motivator for working out. So for everyone who likes to train with machines: Add this song to your playlist!
